Minimum monthly invoice is $35.00: If there is no activity, there are no charges.
Payment Terms are Net 30 Days

Miscellaneous Charges
- If there is a need to edit or modify your job after processing, there will be a fee of $2.00 per change.
- If there is a need to re-run your job; or remove it from the database, there will be a fee of $25.00.
- If a job (or any portion thereof) is received twiced, and entered twice, you will be billed twice.
- There is a charge of $0.25 per page for Paper Jobs not sorted by Field House and then by Interviewer.
- If the spreadsheet for an electronic job needs to be fixed/modified, you will be charged the paper rate.
